Car Speaker Connection?
I have a blown speaker on the right side of the door, and I was looking into getting a replacement speaker. My question is if I can run the speakers through the deck instead of having to buy a new amp and wiring kit. If I can, how do I make sure I will not damage it again.
If I can connect it to the head unit, how would I know how much rms it is getting?
if the speaker is simply blown that means that the wires are already there, you should just hook up the new speaker to the old wires and presto you have sound
now as far as keeping it from blowing you need to keep the bass out of it use bass blockers of use your EQ
when replacing speakers replace both not just one
