I lost the battery charge of my palm treo 750 in Australia. Where can i buy one in Melbourne?

Try the 4th reset down, In Cradle Reset, though it is not for your model, it may revive/reset the charging circuit allowing full charge of the battery again:

This has worked with other people with Palms and rechargeable batteries not specifically mentioned in the tech article on this Answers forum, with the askers confirming this themselves.
Gives you another go at the battery before buying a replacement.
If you must buy a battery, try eBay OZ, there are many battery suppliers based in HKG that will ship to OZ, it shouldn't take much time to arrive there. It took my Zodiac 2 battery 12 days to arrive here on the Right Coast of the US from HKG LiOn supplier. So far the battery still works well.
